Key Note Speaker: Lance Gitter, Member of the Richmond Hill Camera Club and Toronto Focal Forum. Lance is an innovative photographer and Camera Club judge. He will speak on "what makes a good photograph versus a bad photograph?" Lance will show us a selection of some of his award-winning photographs. |

David Kennedy will lead a hands-on session, focusing on "Getting it right in the camera". This is a session for all of us who want to get their images right in camera and who do not have time or interest in further work on the computer. Many commercial photographers continue to use this method and shoot jpeg all the time. They may shoot jpeg and raw and keep the raw as a backup. |

Richard Smith will coordinate a club critique night. Club members will be encouraged to bring in photos for discussion and review by judges and club members. This will serve as a follow-up to our session with Lance Gitter. Note: the Christmas party will be on a separate night. |

Peter Gallagher will coordinate our first competition night. We will continue with the Canadian Association for Photographic Art and hold in-house competitions to showcase and get feedback on our images. |

John McQuirter will lead a session on action photography. As part of this session, John will do a hands-on session on panning, including using rear curtain sync while panning. |
